A six-week programme where we coach a small group of your AI champions to build working AI systems around their real jobs. Leadership sets things up properly at the start, and at the end the champions show the whole organisation what they built.
Most organisations try to bring AI in by training the whole team at the same time. People sit at very different skill levels, the follow-up fades, and a month later you're back to a handful of people experimenting on their own, often on personal accounts nobody has signed off.
We do it the other way round. Leadership sorts out the accounts and the rules first. Then we work closely with three or four people who are curious about AI and close to the work, and coach them as a group to build systems for their actual jobs. By the time the rest of the organisation sees AI in action, it's already working on their real work, shown to them by their own colleagues.
One kickoff, three coaching sessions, and half a day a week for your champions to build in between. Each session tackles one piece, and the half day is where the work actually gets done.
Before anyone builds anything, we work with your leadership team to get the foundations right: which AI tools people already use, choosing the right plan and setting up team accounts, who has access, what data can and can't go into AI tools, and a simple AI use policy. Together we pick your three or four champions and protect their half day a week.
We show the champions the whole picture by taking one real workflow from start to finish: the context file that tells AI about your organisation, a reusable skill, connecting it to their own tools, and setting it to run on a schedule. They leave knowing what "done" looks like and which workflow they'll build.
In a 90-minute group coaching session, each champion maps their process, writes their context file and works out which skills they need. In their half day they build the context file and their first skill.
We fix and improve the skills live, one champion at a time, while the others learn from each build. Then we connect each champion's own email and calendar, read-only, so AI drafts and they decide what gets sent.
We turn each build into a routine that runs without being asked, test it on real work, and write a one-page handover so the system doesn't live in one person's head. The half day goes on getting ready for the show and tell.
This is where everyone else comes in. The champions demo what they built and show their colleagues how to use it, which lands very differently from an outside trainer. We finish with a short debrief for leadership on what was built, the time saved, and who your next champions should be.

"This was more than just an information-heavy AI training webinar. It was a structured programme focused on practical implementation. Through workshops and custom builds, we moved from theory to live systems."
